Tech Week #1 - Monday

CALL TIME & ATTENDANCE

Attendance is mandatory at all rehearsals this week. Call time is 5:30. Cast does not need to be in costume at this time, however, it would be helpful if makeup/hair is already done before arriving at chapel. Here's the rough plan of how M-W should go:

• 5:30 Attendance & Housekeeping
• 6:00 Warm-ups
• 6:30 Dismiss to Green Rooms
• 7:00 Begin Run

HOW LONG ARE TECH REHEARSALS?

While this is a JR. show, expect rehearsals M-W to run up to 9 each night. We ask for that you please be flexible especially tonight (Mon) and Tuesday as crucial tech elements are added. Tonight, audio and sets are being added for the first time. Tomorrow, most of the technical fx will be added. All of this will mean inevitable stop/go during scenes. IT WILL BE WORTH IT! I always tell the cast, trust the process!

LAST MINUTE HELP WANTED

We have several costumes that need to be steamed. If your child has a costume at home and you are able, please make sure it is pressed or steamed before arriving at the chapel. There are some more delicate costumes that could use some on-site steaming. We do not want our actors looking disheveled on stage! If you're able to help, please let me or Evan Bentley know.

HAIR/MAKEUP

Girls/Ladies - All hair should be off the face and up. Buns, french twists, braids are all fine. Makeup should be basic stage, eyes/blush/neutral pink lip. Give some color but don't overdo it. Exception: Bulda, Sven.

Boy/Gentlemen - Hair should be combed back/side. Exception: Pabbie. Makeup should keep shine off face, accentuate eyes.

RESPECT THE SPACE

We are in a borrowed space for the week and must treat it with respect. During the day, the College will be conducting various services and holding tours, etc. Each night, the cast and crew must be responsible to clean up their areas.
