TECH WEEK!

TECH WEEK NOTES
During tech week, notes will be posted on the blog in the interest of time instead of shared at the end of rehearsal. It's the responsibility of each actor and crew member to read and review the notes especially those that relate to his/her scenes.

SATURDAY 7/20/19
Headshots will take place tomorrow (Saturday). Please make sure you look your best during rehearsal for headshots as these will be displayed in the lobby during the run of the show. Huge thank you to Beth Goins for providing this service for YToB again this year!

GEORGETOWN NEWS-GRAPHIC, WTVQ 36
A reporter from GNG will be at rehearsal tomorrow snapping a few pics for an article she's writing about the show for Tuesday's edition of the News-Graphic. In addition, a few of our cast members will be appearing on Midday Kentucky (Channel 36) on Monday! Shout out to YToB board member Jessica Farley for setting this up!

TICKETS
Thursday is likely to sell out SOON! Producer Bryan Fairbanks will be selling tickets during rehearsal tomorrow. I highly encourage purchasing your family's tickets in advance. Talk to your extended family and close friends that you know are planning to attend and get their orders as well! Do not risk buying at the door. There are only going to be a limited amount to purchase at the door.

WHO TO CONTACT AND WHEN
Things may get crazy this week and Alyssa might not be able to get back to you immediately. Here's a cheat sheet of who you can contact:
TONY: Set, Chapel, Fundraising, Volunteer assignments for tech week
BRYAN: Box office, Ticket date changes, special seating needs, ushering, parking at chapel
PAUL: Set delivery, strike, load-in/out
GARY: Everything sound related
EVAN: Cast questions, costuming, blocking, choreo, anything you would ask Alyssa
CALEB: Props, stage crew, backstage assistance, volunteer assignments
KIM: Props

EXPECTATIONS
All cast is expected at every rehearsal Monday-Wednesday next week for tech runs. Call time is 5:30. Report to the chapel house/auditorium for notes and warm-ups. We will dismiss to green rooms around 6:30. Our runs will begin at 7:00. I hope to end runs each night by 9:00, but appreciate your flexibility (especially on Monday). THERE WILL BE AN INTERMISSION, albeit short.
