- Warm-ups/sound check 6:00-6:30
- Green rooms by 6:30
- Begin runs by 7:00
How long is the show? Between pre-show announcements and intermission, estimate 2 hours.
What about costumes?
Everyone in costumes every night this week!
WHO Hair/makeup:
- Who kids (girls): Tons of ideas on Pinterest! Makeup should be typical stage makeup focusing on blush, lips and mascara. Not overly done eye makeup for younger Whos.
- Who kids (boys): Boys should still have some color on their cheeks and eyes emphasized. Some powder.
- Cadets: Stage makeup - blush, eyes and lips. Hair in buns or pulled back in ponytails (under caps).
CIRCUS/HUNCH/JUNGLE:
- Stage makeup: blush, neutral eyes w/ eyeliner & mascara, lips. Hair should be pulled back completely in a bun. No hair in the face.
BIRD GIRLS/MAYZIE:
- Exaggerated eye makeup, blush, bold lip. Hair pulled away from face - BGs can be curled ponytails. Mayzie could have 1/2 up/down hair, but no hair in the face. Mayzie - red lip.
GERTRUDE:
- Stage makeup: blush, slightly exaggerated eye - not overdone, lips. Hair in ponytail.
ALL MEN:
- Yes, you need makeup...we don't want ghosts on stage. Color on cheeks, mascara or eyeliner and some color on lip as needed. Powder as needed.
