**Pre-Sale Tickets for Seussical**
I [Erica] will be available for you to purchase tickets at the following rehearsal dates: Nov. 1 (6:30-7) and Nov. 3 (11-11:30). I will also be at the rehearsals during Tech Week, Nov. 6 and 7 for the first 45 minutes. Please know the nights for which you would like to purchase tickets- I will write that night on the ticket and it will be good only for that night unless otherwise authorized.
I will post on Facebook the morning of the rehearsals to remind everyone of ticket sales. You can comment with how many tickets you would like and for which night and I can have those tickets available for you at rehearsals. You can also just tell me that night at the rehearsal or send the order with money with your child. If you send me messages during the day, there is a good chance I will not be able to respond. I cannot check Facebook or do any ticket business during the day. My first graders wouldn't leave me alone for two seconds to do this. 
Absolutely no tickets will be given without payment first. Thanks for your understanding in this! Tickets are $12 each. Please let me know if you have any questions! Checks are made payable to YTOB.
NOTE ABOUT MOVE-IN:
Set Building...The Saga Continues. This week we need to complete detail painting on Thursday from 6-8 and Saturday from 1-4, and then we will be moving the completed sets from the barn to John Hill Chapel on Sunday from 2-6. Thursday and Saturday we need painters, and Sunday we need strong backs and trailers. If someone has a connection to Uhaul, or someone with a big box truck, please let Paul know.
MOVE-IN will require more than just those signed up on the set construction committee as there are PLENTY of moving parts with this show including lighting and sound equipment. If you are available within that 2-6 time frame on Sunday, please let Megan, Paul, Jessica or Alyssa know so we can expect you. Many hands make for light work!
TECH WEEK:
Everyone should have ALL costume pieces by now! You will be expected to report to John L. Hill Chapel with all costume pieces and accessories by 5:30 PM Mon-Wed next week for tech runs. Anticipate to stay until after 9PM each evening. Parents of smaller children, you may come inside and take your children at 9 on Mon & Tues as usual. Wednesday could run later, but we shall see! WE OPEN IN 8 DAYS!
