Hoo Hoo...Hello Frozen Family,We are officially one month from opening! Please pay close attention to the following items. As each day goes by, posts will be become more frequent. Director's notes will often appear here as well as we get into runs. Right now let me say that YOU GUYS ARE KILLING IT! I appreciate your enthusiasm at rehearsals, teamwork and attitude! It really shows during our scene work and the audience will feel it in the final production!
SPONSORS: Saturday is the deadline. Period. No late submissions. The program is in the design stages and artwork for shirts has to be submitted on Monday. Get that last push in before rehearsal! Any specific questions about sponsors, message Tony!
COSTUMES: Super important that you are on this now! There are only a few select pieces that are covered by the YToB costume team. Go to the costume page to check what you need for the show. If you have questions, message Alyssa or Becky McDonald (costume chair).
TICKETS: Online tickets are up and running! Please share the show on your social media with the ticket/event link! Paper tickets will also be available for presales the second week of July. (This show does run the risk of selling out, so folks shouldn't take a chance on buying at the door.) Here's the link to online ticket sales.
CAST GIVEAWAY: Special incentive packages will be given to the cast member who has turned in the most $ in sponsors by Saturday. Another special incentive package will be given to the cast member who sells the most ticket via presales (this will be for paper tickets). So...what's the big deal? What's the special package? Glad you asked....
